APAT: Demonstration
You can simply view sample output from running APAT.
Alternatively, we have implemented a simple web-based demo which lets you supply a single sequence and obtain annotations from:
- trans-membrane prediction (DAS TM-filter)
- phosphorylation site prediction (NetPhos)
- glycosylation prediction (NetOGlyc)
- sub-cellular location prediction (TargetP)
Please note that this is only a demonstration - APAT is not intended to be used as a web server so there are no nice features like 'wait pages'.
