PhD students

Abhinandan Raghavan analysis of antibody sequence and structure. (2004-) He submitted in 2008 and has now taken a Presidential Fellowship at Novartis.

Lisa McMillan prediction of the effects of mutations at a local structual level and extrapolating to predict whether a mutation will be disease-causing. (2005-)

Anja Baresic developing and enhancing an HMM-based algorithm for identifying conserved regions in proteins and applying this to prediction of residues involved in functional interactions and therefore sensitive to mutations. (2007-)

Liaqat Latif is an M.Sc. student from Birkbeck who is updating and automating our analysis of antibody canonical classes (2007-8).
