Introduction
PDBSProtEC is a resource to link PDB chains with SwissProt codes and EC numbers. It makes use of
our mapping
between individual residues in PDB entries with amino acids in SwissProt entries plus the
enzyme database
from the
Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics
and
SwissProt
