SAAPdb is available for download as gzipped SQL.

To reconstruct SAAPdb

download all SAAPdb_YYYY-MM-DD_partNN.sql.gz files
gunzip them
concatenate in the order suggested by the NN (00 + 01 + 02...)
push the SQL into your database
