Your structures will be fitted on just the C-alpha atoms. RMS deviations will be reported over the fitted C-alphas and over all atoms.
Note that this server is only for use with the BIOC0003 modelling
practical.
If you want to do fitting of other structures, then use the
general ProFit Server.
