09.05.08 PDBSprotEC
PDBSprotEC now contains many more mappings as EC numbers are now gather from trEMBL as well as from SwissProt. Links to external servers have also been fixed.

FOSTA allows you to identify groups of orthologous proteins from UniProtKB/SwissProt which perform the same function in different species. (This is the new name for Orthofind.)
03.03.08 Abnum: Sequence numbering
Abnum is a new server which applied Kabat, Chothia, or our enhanced Chothia numbering schemes to an antibody sequence.
