SACS our automated summary of antibody crystal structures has been updated and the website restored.

26 January 2010 PAPS server

PAPS (Packing Angle Prediction Server) predicts the VH/VL packing angle for antibodies from sequence data.

9 December 2008 Abysis

Abysis is our new integrated database containing sequences from Kabat, IMGT and PDB as well as structure data from the PDB.

3 March 2008 Abnum

Abnum is a new server which applies Kabat, Chothia, or our enhanced Chothia numbering schemes to an antibody sequence.
