03.04.09 New! We have just released V3.1 of ProFit, our least squares fitting program. This fixes a couple of small bugs in V3.0 and adds full Windows support.

SAPTF is a new system for the easy creation of sequence analysis web sites.

5 November 2009 SACS updated

SACS our automated summary of antibody crystal structures has been updated.

9 December 2008 Abysis

Abysis is our new integrated database containing sequences from Kabat, IMGT and PDB as well as structure data from the PDB.

3 March 2008 Abnum

Abnum is a new server which applies Kabat, Chothia, or our enhanced Chothia numbering schemes to an antibody sequence.

1 May 2009 ProFit

ProFit is now available as a simple online server.

15 July 2008 ImPACT

ImPACT now uses Muscle for alignments. Species similarity data have also been updated.
